Managing Anxiety Cohorts

The Anxiety Management Cohort is designed to help participants understand anxiety with compassion and develop practical tools that apply to real life. Together, participants explore how anxiety affects relationships, communication, and daily decision-making, while learning healthier ways to stay present and connected under stress.

Led by a trained counselor, this 13-week cohort helps participants listen, understand, and respond to their anxiety more wisely while connecting with others who may be struggling with the same thing.

What to Expect:

  • 13 weeks with the same cohort of participants
  • One 2-hour virtual meeting each week
  • Some time spent outside of group for homework/personal prep (about 1 hour per week)
  • PDFs and materials provided

Goals:

  • Understand your anxiety with compassion
  • Improve everyday relationships
  • Gain practical tools for real life
  • Grow emotionally and spiritually together

Designed for people who want to understand their anxiety, this cohort offers practical tools that can be used in daily life. Participants explore their anxiety, practice approaches that work, and walk away with skills they can rely on right away. You don’t have to do it alone.

How to find our office
Enter through the main doors for the 10 Fortune Park Building. Once inside the lobby, you'll see the elevators to the left which you’ll take to the fifth (5) floor. Take a left off the elevator and then another left; our offices are at the end of the hallway past the restrooms. Your counselor will meet you in the waiting room of our office. Counselors may be in session right before your session time and unable to answer the door. Please wait a few minutes or give us a call at 317-210-2644.
