Managing Anxiety Cohorts
The Anxiety Management Cohort is designed to help participants understand anxiety with compassion and develop practical tools that apply to real life. Together, participants explore how anxiety affects relationships, communication, and daily decision-making, while learning healthier ways to stay present and connected under stress.
Led by a trained counselor, this 13-week cohort helps participants listen, understand, and respond to their anxiety more wisely while connecting with others who may be struggling with the same thing.
What to Expect:
- 13 weeks with the same cohort of participants
- One 2-hour virtual meeting each week
- Some time spent outside of group for homework/personal prep (about 1 hour per week)
- PDFs and materials provided
Goals:
- Understand your anxiety with compassion
- Improve everyday relationships
- Gain practical tools for real life
- Grow emotionally and spiritually together
Designed for people who want to understand their anxiety, this cohort offers practical tools that can be used in daily life. Participants explore their anxiety, practice approaches that work, and walk away with skills they can rely on right away. You don’t have to do it alone.
