Every tax-deductible donation we receive goes directly toward providing biblically based, clinically informed care to those who might otherwise go without.

Donor funds help address critical needs within our programs, such as subsidizing counseling for low-income clients, expanding community outreach programs, providing resources for workshops, and improving access to care through space and technology upgrades. These contributions directly enhance the quality and reach of our Christ-centered counseling services.

Can I direct my donation to a specific program?
Certainly! Donations to Luma Counseling can be directed toward specific initiatives, such as counseling scholarships, Spanish-speaking outreach, or expanding counseling programs. Alternatively, you may choose to contribute to our general operating expenses, ensuring the sustainability and growth of our essential mental health services across the board. Regardless of where you direct your support, your gift makes a huge impact.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. Luma Counseling is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, so your financial gift is tax-deductible. To aid in tax reporting purposes, all donors receive a year-end summary of their gifts to help accurately report their total contributions to Luma Counseling.
How will I receive updates on the impact of my gift?
When you donate to Luma Counseling, you can expect to receive regular updates, personalized thank-you notes, and annual impact reports highlighting how your contribution supports our mission. If requested, we also offer opportunities for donors to engage with our team, tour our counseling spaces, and witness firsthand the difference your generosity makes. How does Luma Counseling ensure financial transparency and accountability?
It's important to us to steward your generous gifts wisely. Every year, a third-party financial agency reviews Luma Counseling’s finances, and our Board of Directors receives monthly reports on financial transactions. For every check that is written, Luma Counseling policies require two individuals to be involved as signatories to help prevent fraudulent activity.

How to find our office
Enter through the main doors for the 10 Fortune Park Building. Once inside the lobby, you'll see the elevators to the left which you’ll take to the fifth (5) floor. Take a left off the elevator and then another left; our offices are at the end of the hallway past the restrooms. Your counselor will meet you in the waiting room of our office. Counselors may be in session right before your session time and unable to answer the door. Please wait a few minutes or give us a call at 317-210-2644.
