Luma Counseling was born after years of faithful care ministry at College Park Church sparked a desire to open the church’s Soul Care ministry to the broader community to provide biblically-based counseling for families near Indianapolis. In 2022, Tyler Riffe was hired to develop a Christ-centered counseling center, separate from the church but still deeply connected to its mission. Ryan Berg, alongside the Soul Care team, helped lay the foundation for what would become Luma Counseling, a ministry focused on providing biblical and clinically-informed care to those in need.

Every tax-deductible donation we receive goes directly toward providing biblically based, clinically informed care to those who might otherwise go without.
Donor funds help address critical needs within our programs, such as subsidizing counseling for low-income clients, expanding community outreach programs, providing resources for workshops, and improving access to care through space and technology upgrades. These contributions directly enhance the quality and reach of our Christ-centered counseling services.
